Holds a Ph.D. in political science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP, 1996). Visiting professor at Columbia University, New York (2000-2001) and at the University of Montréal (2007-2008).
A political scientist and a specialist of the Maghreb and the Middle East. His research contributes to the CERI Transversal Project “The End of Violence.”
